Guohexingke has successfully completed a key project for its intelligent management system.

On September 12, the company received an inquiry from a Fortune Global 500 enterprise in the power industry, requesting a quotation for a smart management system solution and stipulating that the entire process—including quotation, production, delivery, installation, and commissioning—be completed within 15 working days.

With tight deadlines and urgent tasks, the company established a dedicated project team to coordinate internal and external resources. Through the concerted efforts of cross-functional teams in software, hardware, and project management, the company successfully completed production and delivery on time and to the required quality standards. Moreover, demonstrating a spirit of sustained, relentless effort, the team collaborated with the customer to carry out successful on-site equipment commissioning during the Mid-Autumn and National Day holidays.

Because the entire system encompasses management platforms for restaurants, hair salons, supermarkets, flower shops, and more, and integrates domestically developed software and hardware—including a facial recognition system and an IC‑based identification system with a recognition range comparable to that of ID cards—on-site commissioning proved quite complex, time‑consuming, and labor‑intensive. The team responsible for debugging worked nonstop for several days and nights, ultimately completing the setup just before the National Day holiday ended.

“Seeing their employees use facial recognition to dine in the client’s staff cafeteria gave me a real sense of accomplishment,” said Luo Wang, Zhu Weixiong, and others who took part in the on-site commissioning. As they reflected on those days and nights, their excitement and pride were impossible to conceal.
