Recently, Guohé Xingke (Shenzhen) Technology Co., Ltd. and Zhongmin City (Beijing) Science and Technology Industry Development Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement. Targeting the domestic information technology innovation market for printers, Party B focuses on researching and developing “bottleneck” technologies in the printer and copier industries, producing distinctive technologies of significant strategic importance, and establishing a comprehensive industry–university–research collaboration ecosystem within the printer sector. Party A’s main product portfolio comprises output devices, including A4 monochrome printers, A4 color‑black printers, A4 all‑in‑one multifunction devices, and A3 monochrome copiers.

Following the signing of this strategic agreement, both parties will collaborate with universities directly affiliated with the State Ethnic Affairs Commission and other institutions to conduct research in the field of information security, facilitate the practical application of research findings in ethnic autonomous regions and elsewhere, and actively foster social conditions that promote the integration, shared learning, and joint endeavors of all ethnic groups. This will further advance the “Private Enterprises Entering Border Areas” Action Plan jointly issued by the State Ethnic Affairs Commission and the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce.
